From the location in Mississauga, we believe her name is Mary, by far the most rude and unwelcoming customer service we have ever experienced. She was completely rude and abrasive and listening to direction doesn't seem to be her strong point, apparently she is very rude like the way we experienced consistently.

Found the brokers at HOC to be very helpful. They are my third broker and I must say way more helpful and responsible then others. Would recommend.
Some of the brokers are great and make it extreamly easy, others seem like they dont know their head from their asses
Worse Customer service ever!! especially their logistics contact Jeremy Han. if you want better customer service and a piece of mind you are better off going with Bravo Logistics!
